Terms & Policies
Clear policies help create a positive and productive learning experience for every student and family.
1. Booking & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. All sessions are conducted online and are scheduled in advance.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be charged the full session fee.
3. Student Responsibility
Students are encouraged to attend each session prepared and on time with any requested materials or classroom assignments. Active participation helps students gain the greatest benefit from tutoring.
4. Parent Communication
Parents are welcome to contact me with questions before or after sessions. For younger students, I am happy to provide brief progress updates and recommendations for continued learning at home.
5. Learning Resources
All original digital guides, workbooks, templates, and instructional materials created by Ms. Lena’s Literary Lab are for the personal use of the purchasing family or student. They may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or shared without written permission.
6. Privacy
Your personal information will only be used for scheduling, communication, and providing educational services. I respect your privacy and will never sell or share your information with third parties.
7. Results
Every student learns at a different pace. While I am committed to providing high-quality instruction and personalized learning strategies, individual academic outcomes depend on factors such as attendance, effort, and practice outside of tutoring sessions.
